You get the option of about forty different sidekicks in Skyrim, but Lydia is most people’s favourite. This is because she’s assigned to bodyguard you as a quest reward for an early quest. I don’t actually take her around with me, because she clanks too much and reveals my position (I take Aela with me, because she can sneak pretty well and has a bow.)
Nevertheless, my impression is that Lydia is the archetypical sidekick character, so in these comics she takes place as Raki’s unfortunate straightwoman. Her personality in the game comes across as world weary and slightly sardonic, so she’s perfect.
