I can imagine the two of them having a long discussion about this on their way home:
Konsi: “Why did you call me cabbage back then?”
Razira: “It’s a pet name, because you’re small and green and… I’m just hearing that, can I pick something else.”
Konsi: “Like what?”
Razira: “Apple, no that’s just more small and green. Pear?”
Konsi: “Pair of what?”
Razira: “Hmmm… never mind. What about Bunny because of what happened tonight?”
Konsi: “I’d actually like to call you that.” Kiss
Razira: blush “Maybe Siren, your singing really stole my heart.”
Konsi:”Didn’t you tell me you killed a siren last time you went on a ship?”
Razira: “Ah good point. My little Angel?”
Konsi: “Oh no! I’m definitely not an angel, they’re tall and pretty and wise and… besides I think that’s heresy or apostacy, I always get those two confused.”
Razira: “Me too. How about Amber, because of your eyes?”
Konsi: “That’s a pretty common human name, they might just think that’s what I’m called.”
[Conversation continues long into the night until they are in bed and their ideas get progressively worse.]
Konsi: “What about Potato? You said I’d look pretty in a potato sack and they can feed a lot of people and are super helpful.”
Razira: “Sanguine, because you’re so optimistic and positive and also you look really hot when covered in blood?”

Sprout is a good pet-name but my concern is that people do associate it with children.
‘Sweetpea’ in a good one. ‘Little bean’ could be another.
I actually scripted “sweetpea” – but then I googled it, and they’re a purple flower.
