Jokes on them, Konsi clearly has no pockets or pouches and thus no money on her person. Rookie mistake there robbers as the fancy clothes and perfume aren’t really fungible even if you could extract them without destroying the dress.
Somebody wandering around unarmed in an elegant dress and carrying an animal, I would be thinking Sorceress and Familiar. Not the case here, but this is an unusual situation.
Fighting a lone sorcerer that you outnumber is like trying to fight a cat. You will probably win, but you might wish you hadn’t.
All in all, these muggers need to go back to mugging school and work on target identification and threat assessment.
Assuming you could re-sell the dress, you might get 20 gold for it or so (it definitely qualifies as a fancy high quality outfit, especially if you include the boots and gloves). The line of the dress is pretty close fitting, so it’s unlikely that she has much concealed under it.
Maybe these guys just wanted to pick on a lone goblin. The people of Waterdeep don’t take kindly to goblins at the best of times. A goblin alone, in an alley, in the evening, dressing far above her social standing? – These are the kinds of people who would want to “put her in her place”
