282 – Cookies

This is the recipe I use to make cookies, it was adapted from a mix of other recipes I found on the internet, and I’ve tuned the numbers a fair bit. I’m now happy enough with this recipe that I don’t think it needs changing (the original recipe wasn’t that great.)

I imagine the amount of flour you need will vary with the size of the eggs you use.
